Thanks for the pictures of the houses. Its so rare that we see anything of the traditional architecture of that region. Would you happen to have any more? I really love architectural structures of all kinds.

what do you think of the epic? .. I have to read it couple of times ..I wish I had the skills and money to make it an animation if not a full blown adventure movie epic...a challange to anyone out there with skills and finance make the above happen.. ;)

^Well, are there any cinematic productions from Africa that relays the tale? I own a copy of "Keita: the Heritage of the Griot" filmed in Burkina Faso which in essence, is a retelling of the Sundjata epic coupled with a new age message.

Thanks for the introduction to Heritage of the Griot I'll check it out on YouTube ..but I have seen Sia-Le Reve Du Tython introduced to me by
