Jari's New Tumblr

Hey everyone, sorry I have'nt been on, been busy..

Great News, My New Tumblr, "Meri-Amun" has been created. I plan on Archiving many Pics, Info, and other stuff from here and E.S, If you have a thread or info you want me to post please let me know here..

So here it is..

One thing I ask is

1) If anyone has ANY, ANY spare time and wants to SERIOUSLY promote Africana studies to a LARGE audience, This is the way. Tumblr gets alot of hits, I already have a Native Egyptian and some other following me, plus some reblogs of other stuff after just 10 images. If anyone can help me run this blog, please let me know and I can Email you the link and have you as a Co-Owner.
-You don't need to dedicate 100% of you time, Im going to try my best to post most of the info, You can simply dedicate what you can. So please, Truth, Al, Brada, Sundjaita, Truthteacher if you guys want to Co-Own and add some info please let me know.

Oh any tips or commets are welcome..

Waay kool I'll contribute I don't know what co -ownership means though, but for the moment I am kinda busy organizing an event for May. so I'll be missing in action even here sometimes,but looking good Jari.

"Co-Owner" basically means you have the ability to post info that will appear on the blog and other basic functions. Again you don't have to dedicate 100% of your time, I just need someone to help manage and post info to the blog relevant to Africana studies etc.

Also let me say this, Im not pressuring anyone into this. I understand that you all have busy lives, Im just letting everyone know the option to post info to a wider audience is available. If you don't want co-own but you have info you want me to post just let me know here or in a PM.

Your site looks like it's off to a good start. I can assist if you need. Let me know what role you would like me to play if so. I was looking at the book of coming forth by day Naukt's edition and I ran accross the british museum site and apparently they will allow you to use some of the pictures there.

There is another book I've looked into actually about 3 of them which has a lot of old KMT art. I downloaded the whole book but I cant remember the link. This link may lead to it.

Hey Guys, Sorry it took me a while to answer, Ive ben Busy..:)

And Yes, any assistance is welcomed. I know for a fact that I can have people Co-Own by blog which basically means you can post info to it etc. You will have to register and make a Tumblr though..

Yes, Tumblr is WAYY better than Blogger, it is alot more open and you have a wider audience. As far as info goes Im currently trying to work on Egypt/Nubia's Predynastic era, any info would be appreciated.

Also any studies any thing you have is also welcomed..

Jeri one thing is it just the Nile Valley or is other areas of Africa covered and again nice set-up.

Stay Tuned, Im in the works of creating a Tumblr dedicated to African Architecture and Design as well as a blog dedicated to African Trade Routes and africans and blacks in the Med. and Classical World/Middle East/Eurasia

Brada sorry I did'nt answer you before, My Current Tumblr deals with the Civilizations of the Nile, that is Egypt, Nubia/Cush, Ethiopia and Lybia. Though I do reblod stuff from other parts of Africa. My newest creation though will deal with West/East/and Central African cutlures both arch/ and Design as well as Trade Routes and other stuff. Also Ill talk about the African Cultures in other lands such as the Siddis in India, Africans in the Americas and contact between Europe/Asia and Africa.
