I estimate these companies are valued at about $50,000,000
But I estimate their start up cost was about $10,000,000.
But it the true amount can be easily obtained. Equipment and qualified personnel is the issue.
Running it is no problem.
Eg Lazaridis is not a geneticist. He is a computer scientist. I don't think Lucas Martin of DNATribes is a geneticist either.
The most difficult thing to obtain is not the equipment or personnel but AEiean body tissue. West africans will probably welcome you and give theirs away.
