I just don't wanna see any more statues vandalized or even taken down. The Ancient Egyptians would be rolling in their tombs.

I've actually heard a better response than to tearing down statues is putting new ones up reflecting more the times we live in right next to or near the old statues. The Ancient Egyptians were extremely conservative (when I say conservative I don't mean Texas Republican anti abortion. I mean resistance to change) and the consequences if you did that back then I could only imagine their severity. Imagine some Arabs from ISIS takes over Egypt and because of their religion decides to tear down all the monuments. Wouldn't that upset you? The statues are being vandalized across this country as we speak and this is the type of ish that makes me cry. Your augment is a false equivalency , it seems like you are grasping at straws here ! I heard much better arguments about how to deal with the real issue here. stop with the distracting of issues; this is not about modern day Arab Egypt or Isis, or ( Dash) which is really the more legit term used for them, the issue here is America, & it's history of white supremacy & symbols around the nation. I really have no fear whatsoever of poor powerless white trash and their ideas. These people will never govern and the Mainstream Media is blowing this whole thing up out of proportion. The Democrats were the party of slavery the KKK and oppression. Now they are the party of Civil rights? Give me a break. This whole thing is getting so out of hand. Yesterday we learned an ASIAN MAN named Robert Lee was 're assigned a sportscaster job simply because his name is Robert Lee. That is real racisim. I mean it's funny but the vandalism on the statues is deeply saddening to me.
