Your entire belief system is comprised of lies and idiotic, illogical nonsense. You really are hysterically, pathologically delusional, and should seek psychiatric help and medication asap. At no point does Henn state that SLC24A5 originated in Africa. You are simply a liar. And neither is she secretly trying to tell you that this is what happened, you mentally-ill idiot. She clearly says that she only considers this to be one of three theoretical possibilities. And Tishkoff clearly states that option (2) is the one that is consistent with the other genetic evidence. And of course, no where does Henn or anyone else support your notion that SLC24A5 originated recently in Africa. She clearly states that IF it originated in africa it would have been more than 100,000 years ago, before the ancestors of non-Africans migrated out of Africa (around 80-60,000 years ago). So there really is nothing at all in her paper that you can cling on to, but you are incapable of thinking rationally or honestly. According to the estimates of geneticists such as Tishkoff, and Mallick (2013), the SLC24A5 derived allele originated around 30,000 years ago, in a non-African population. So far it has been found in the following samples: Caucasus hunter-gatherer: Satsurblia, 13,000 years ago Caucasus hunter-gatherer: Kotias, 9,700 years ago www.nature.com/articles/ncomms9912Latvia hunter-gatherer, 8,400 years ago www.cell.com/current-biology/fulltext/S0960-9822(16)31542-1Scandinavian hunter-gatherer: Motala, 8000 years ago www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4918750/pdf/nihms734926.pdfNeolithic Iranian farmer: Ganj Dareh, 10,000 years ago www.nature.com/articles/srep31326Neolithic Anatolian farmer, c.9000 years ago www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4918750/pdf/nihms734926.pdfNeolithic European farmer, 8500 years ago. www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4918750/pdf/nihms734926.pdfNeolithic Levantine farmer, 8500 years ago genetiker.wordpress.com/2016/06/22/phenotype-snps-from-the-ancient-near-east/Neolithic Moroccan farmer, 5000 years ago www.biorxiv.org/content/biorxiv/early/2017/09/21/191569.full.pdfAnd possibly: Siberia hunter gatherer: Afontova Gora 2, 17,000 years ago genetiker.wordpress.com/2014/05/28/pigmentation-snp-genotypes-for-malta-1-and-afontova-gora-2/So again your claim about it only spreading 4000 years ago is another lie. You are a pathological liar, and you need to realise this. As I said before, multiple genes are involved in causing light skin, or dark skin. SLC24A5 is only responsible for part of the difference in skin colour between, say, Europeans and black Africans. So it is not the case that an absence of the SLC24A5 allele results in black skin, as there are multiple other genes which have an effect. You choose to ignore this because you're a moron who has no interest in reality. All analyses by geneticists show that European western hunter gatherers are closest genetically to present-day Northern Europeans. They have got nothing to do with Melanesians. In fact they are further genetically from Melanesians (and Africans) than present-day Europeans are. Whilst their skin was darker than present-day Northern Europeans, that doesn't mean that they were a totally different group of people you utter moron. It merely means that they would have looked something like this: news.nationalgeographic.com/content/dam/news/photos/000/758/75845.jpgBut again you prefer your idiotic fantasies to reality. You need to recognise the fact that you do not understand genetics, and the problem is that you're just a stupid person who is mentally ill. Get medication and stop wasting your life with this stupid nonsense.

Look I don't have the time to rehash this stuff. Satsurblia and Kotias were also black. Do you want to know why? SLC45A2 rs16891982 CC !!!!! Like West Africans who carry 24% SLC24A5. Look at The table. Why do you think the author did not include skin pigmentation in the Hirisplex Table? They talked eye color but NOT skin color. So Bichon was black, Kotias was black and Satsurblia was black based upon genotype. None carried the full complement of genes to make them "white". Again as I said...AIM, LA Brana and Bronze Age Levantines were black. Now that you mentioned it that includes Kotias and Satsurblia. Look I will post the chart showing that modern Europeans did not turn white until the Bronze Age. It is here on ESR. It was created by a leading researcher...not me. He showed that ALL Eurasian population had Black skin until the Bronze Age. In Fact Western Europe was the last place to turn "white". I will post when I have time. Caucasus hunter-gatherer: Satsurblia, 13,000 years ago Caucasus hunter-gatherer: Kotias, 9,700 years ago www.nature.com/articles/ncomms9912Oh this a lie. Reason1234 " According to the estimates of geneticists such as Tishkoff, and Mallick (2013), the SLC24A5 derived allele originated around 30,000 years ago, in a non-African population." Where is the quote with data from them?

What truth? I'm sure you're not even capable of articulating a coherent argument, like this other imbecile.
This moron thinks that if a group of people had darker skin in the past, that means they were actually some other completely different and unrelated group of people. So for example, his idiotic argument is that Europeans had darker skin in the past therefore they were Melanesians. This is the sort of thing that only a deeply ignorant person with a defective brain could take seriously.
All we are really talking about is when certain populations developed lighter skin, but this imbecile is imagining a world populated by Melanesians and Nigerians.
There is a reason why everyone thinks you people are stupid.

I don’t have the time to be chasing up a dead end…Normally I do my diligence. But Since there are newbies reading this I will make a comment. These ancient Europeans do NOT have the complement of genes to make them non-black/white. They lack the DERIVED of the full complement of genes. Eg SLC45A2 and SLC24A5 amongst other genes like TYRP1 and KITLG etc . They are Not white. Sub-Saharan Africans carry the derived of most these genes and they are black skinned. Derived as much as 24% or more depending on the database you are looking at!!!! These ancient Europeans carry the genotype (ancestral/derived) form of many of the pigmentation genes just as African. So only in your fantasy dreams they will be white. Even the researchers admit they are black/dark “just as Africans” . But Only fools like you give them grades of blackness like…tan, red, olive, near white etc. Did I leave out any color. SMH Quote by Henn. (western Eurasian populations confers the largest known effect on skin color variability (Beleza et al., 2013b; Lamason et al., 2005). Loci in/near SLC45A2, GRM5/TYR, and APBA2/OCA2 also have divergent allele frequencies between Europeans and Africans, with large lightening effects in Europeans (Beleza et al., 2013b; Norton et al., 2007). Smaller effects, including associations in/near MC1R, TYR, IRF4, and ASIP, contribute to the relatively narrow variation within Europeans (Sulem et al., 2007, 2008). Light skin pigmentation in Eurasians arose through both convergent evolution (e.g., rs1800414 in OCA2 in East Asians) and similar selective sweeps (e.g., KITLG) (Miller et al., 2007; Yang et al., 2016). Because African populations have been under-studied, the genetic architecture and higher variability of skin pigmentation is poorly understood. …near SLC24A5, TYRP1, SMARCA2/VLDLR, and SNX13,)

To the readers. Excuse my language above.
To the newbies. I have been busy the last couple of days. But Most of my analysis have been posted here on ESR. Yes, Neanderthal was black skinned. Because the three (3) that were completely analyzed and published showed ancestral pigmentation genotype. They were black. Tishkoff stated some Neanderthal may be black and some white. But all the data made public shows they are black. I am not sure if she is BSing about they being white and what data she is looking at. To make such a statement. Neanderthal and Denisovan were black skinned. Understand that. There is no data showing they are light skin or had red hair. What is shown in the Smithsonian is…make believe(land of make believe-Barney stuff) and not based upon data.
Same for ancient Europeans. They have a mixture of genotype just as Africans and DO NOT carry the complement as modern Europeans. If these genotype is found in the blackest African we have to assume that they are black as seen in the chart above. Nigerians, Kenyans, Mende from Sierra Leon. If the genes make Africans black we have to assume it makes ancient European black also. Why? Because Africans do carry the “derived” SLC24A5 and SLc45A2 and all the other pigmentation genes. The issue is it looks like Africans do not carry the derived of ALL the genes at the same time/all at once. …but so to does ancient Europeans!!!! We can not make up color like olive and yellows and tan and red etc. We have to use modern reference points. If the same combination of genotype is found in modern populations we have to assume that these ancient peoples had the same color.

You Europeans have the innate talent to lie and mis-direct the unsuspecting. But I am onto your lies and games. Were North Africans black about 5000years ago? Were there two migratory event? Were there a first wave which extended to Western Europe made up of Asian-like pople? That is your question? Typical of Euronuts. Mis-directing and lying. There is a reason why people think YOU people are cheats and liars. Reason1234 said “Imagining a world populated by Melanesians and Nigerians” “if a group of people had darker skin in the past, that means they were actually some other completely different and unrelated group of people. So for example, his idiotic argument is that Europeans had darker skin in the past therefore they were Melanesians.” ---- McEvoy et al. Quote: “, ***consistently*** demonstrate a significantly more recent relationship between Europe and Africa than between East Asia and Africa. Using simulated populations, we show that under the single-wave ‘‘Out of Africa’’ model, Thus, the observations are suggestive that GREATER MIGRATION TO EUROPE FROM SUB-SAHARAN AFRICAN HAS BEEN A LONG-TERM PHENOMENON.”“Firstly, they suggest a substantial gap between African/Eurasian and West/East Eurasian divergence (;***20 KYA from TF estimates***), indicating an appreciable pause between leaving Africa and departure for East Eurasia. Secondly, they support further early gene flow to the remaining proto-West Eurasian population from Africa after Eurasian divergence, perhaps as a second smaller dispersal (Mellars 2006a).” Quote from Frege et al 2017: “IAM(early Neolithic North Africans) people do ***NOT*** possess any of the European SNPs associated with light pigmentation, and most likely had dark(black) skin and eyes. IAM samples present ancestral alleles for pigmentation-associated variants present in SLC24A5 (rs1426654), SLC45A2 (rs16891982) and OCA2 (rs16891982 and 12913832) genes. On the other hand, KEB individuals exhibit ***some*** European- derived alleles that predispose individuals to lighter skin and eye colour, including those on genes SLC24A5 (rs1426654) and OCA2 (rs16891982) (Supplementary Note 11).” Read more: egyptsearchreloaded.proboards.com/thread/2542/black-4000bc-north-africans#ixzz50yvZcnAe---- So what do we have? Yes, North Africans during the early Neolithic was black. Two migratory events?

I have been asked to tone it down. So I will. Anyways… So who is the delusional liar? Why are they so crazy and lie to themselves and is always in denial. Stealing other people’s history Quotes “prevalence of psychiatric disorders have been discussed. “ “maladaptive features should have been removed from population over the course of evolution” “psychiatric disorders-risk alleles have been maintained within populations by natural selection” “Out of 1,013 psychiatric disorders-relevant genes, four genes, CLSTN2, FAT2, VMAT1 and ZBBX, have been detected as positively selected genes in human lineage” “Psychiatric disorders, such as schizophrenia, depression and autism, can be seen at relatively high incidence” “the allele could be found at relatively high frequencies (20-40%) in non-African populations” “This gene encodes the protein importing monoamine, such as serotonin or dopamine, into presynaptic vesicles and mediates neurotransmission. “ “be linked to psychiatric disorders “ “relatively high frequencies (20-40%) in all but African populations” --- Mechanisms of phenotype evolution Detecting balancing selection as a maintenance mechanism of psychiatric disorders within human populations. Daiki Sato 1,*, Abstract: Recently, growing attention has been paid to evolutionary psychiatry, where the evolutionary mechanisms behind the prevalence of psychiatric disorders have been discussed. Though mental health problem has become very common in our modern society, it is hard to explain this phenomenon because maladaptive features should have been removed from population over the course of evolution. To answer this question, we tested a hypothesis that psychiatric disorders-risk alleles have been maintained within populations by natural selection. Out of 1,013 psychiatric disorders-relevant genes, four genes, CLSTN2, FAT2, VMAT1 and ZBBX, have been detected as positively selected genes in human lineage. Among them, VMAT1, vesicular monoamine transporter 1, was particularly interesting since it has a human-unique polymorphism (Thr/Ile) in the 136th amino acid site compared to other mammals (Asn). In addition, 136Ile has been proposed to be linked to bipolar disorder and anxiety although the allele could be found at relatively high frequencies (20-40%) in non-African populations. In non-African populations, Tajima’s D value showed a significant peak centering around Thr136Ile, suggesting that this polymorphism has been maintained by balancing selection. Our study demonstrates an evolutionary mechanism behind psychiatric disorders and provides insights into the evolution of diseases. Expanded summary*: Psychiatric disorders, such as schizophrenia, depression and autism, can be seen at relatively high incidence (1-20%) all over the world. It has been known that genetic components greatly contribute to their onset, and that those disorders do degrade patients’ quality of life. However, why and how the causative genes have been maintained within current human populations still remains to be elucidated. Revealing its mechanisms is of particular importance not only from the evolutionary perspective but for medical treatment of those disorders. In regard to this question, we focused on a human-unique polymorphism (Thr/Ile) in the 136th amino acid site of VMAT1 gene, vesicular monoamine transporter 1, detected by the sequence comparison using mammal genome data. This gene encodes the protein importing monoamine, such as serotonin or dopamine, into presynaptic vesicles and mediates neurotransmission. 136Ile has been proposed to be linked to psychiatric disorders such as bipolar disorder or anxiety, but 1000 Genomes Data showed that 136Ile exists at relatively high frequencies (20-40%) in all but African populations. The results of Tajima’s D values indicated that the allelic polymorphism (136Thr/Ile) has been maintained by balancing selection, such as negative frequency-dependent selection, heterozygote advantage or spatially variable finesses. Moreover, the analysis using coalescent simulations revealed that 136Ile Read more: egyptsearchreloaded.proboards.com/thread/2508/why-europeans-violent-crazy-genes#ixzz50z08jttXSo we have cleared up a few things 1. Who has a propensity to lie and is delusional 2. Were ancient Europeans and North Africans…and Neanderthal black. I think I have provided data that confirms that Now let us look at who the closest modern population ancient Europeans like La Brana and KOS14 align with?

So your next question was are Early Mesolithic Europeans related to Modern or Neolithic Europeans The short answer is, no!!!!!!! Modern Europeans are primarily Africans!!! Yes, Belive. Depigmented ones. Quote: “Mesolithic Mitochondrial DNA The DNA of two 7000-year old individuals from a Mesolithic site in Spain reported now by Sanchez-Quinto and colleagues [1] fills an important gap in the prehistoric genetic record. Indeed, archaeological data suggest that during the last ice age the Paleolithic population of Europe withdrew to the Southern part of the continent. After the ice began to melt, small groups of people, the Mesolithic people, expanded North. Therefore, in the latest versions of the Paleolithic model, the main ancestors of current Europeans are not all those who lived in Europe in Paleolithic times, but rather the Mesolithic people [11], about whom little is known. Sanchez-Quinto and collaborators [1] now show that the two individuals from the Spanish site of La Braña carried a mitochondrial variant of the U cluster, common among the few other people of the same period studied so far [15,16]. Mesolithic mtDNAs appeared remarkably uniform over large geographic distances [1], and their probability to be ancestral to those of current European was shown to be extremely low. The analysis of some ****tens of thousands of nuclear SNPs*** in the same individuals confirmed a very weak relationship with modern Europeans [1]. In short, recent genetic analyses (see also [14]) support the conclusions of craniometric studies [17] showing that modern Europeans have much in common with Neolithic farmers, and little in common with Mesolithic Europeans.” “These results indicate that the affinity of the Mal’ta individual and the La Braña 1 individual is due to some ancient DNA attraction, and it is instead due to a shared genetic ancestry of the Mal’ta individual and the La Braña 1 individual.” www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0960982212007099--- Xyyman comment: So Reason1234. Do you need more “reason”s on why Modern Europeans are NOT related to ancient Europeans(>5000bc)? Lol! Man you people. Can’t wait until the last 300years is over with. Put to bed these lies perpetuated by "modern" Europeans.

Here is another one! What are you looking at? 7000 years ago the pigmentation genetic profile of Swedes Motala 12(the people who lived in Sweden at the time) had the exact genetic makeup as Kenyans. Some of the darkest people on the planet today. So Reason1234 what don’t you get??!! Tan, Red, swarthy, bs, blah, blah every color in the spectrum except what they are …BLACK like Kenyans(look at the HAPMAP database). Don’t you think I did not notice they were playing that SNP game. That is why I standardized on the highlighted-yellow. Yes! Swedes were black like Kenyans…… and Melenesians 7000years ago!!!! I provided the data…you got anymore BS to spew? Lol!

As I said modern Europeans are NOT related to ancient Europeans. Modern Europeans are essential Africans(EEF) who originated from the SSA near the Great Lakes. Malawi-Hora-8100BP. BTW Nigerians(5000bc) are part of the same stock of Neolithics who mixed with an ancient Africans. Most modern Europeans carry majority DNA from EEF and traces of WHG. Here is the Table from Lazaridis et al. WHG is closely related to Onge, Makrani and Paupan/Melenesians. Part of the first OOA that went to Western Europe instead of East. That is why they drift towards these black populations of Asia. --- Quotes from Lazaridis et al 2014 “We wish to avoid over-interpretation of the admixture proportions, but nonetheless highlight some patterns each of which is validated by f-statistic analyses reported in this study and previous studies: 1. The absence of a Near Eastern relatedness in all European hunter-gatherer groups but its presence in Stuttgart. 2. The clear affinity of MA1 to Native American populations but not to East Asian or present day Siberian populations. 3. The occurrence of low levels of ****additional**** gene flows in west Eurasia from Africa (in parts of the Near East or southern Europe) or recent Siberia (in parts of Northeastern Europe or the Near East and Caucasus). 4. Evidence tying MA1 to Europe, the northern Near East and Caucasus, and south/central Asia. For our main analyses, we identified a set of West Eurasian (European and Near Eastern) populations as those that had maximum membership of the West Eurasian ancestral population at K=3 (Fig. S9.4). Restricting to the 59 present-day populations (“simple” naming scheme), this is 777 individuals. This count differs from the 781 West Eurasian individuals reported in Table S9.3, as some populations that are geographically African (North African Jewish groups) cluster with West Eurasians in ADMIXTURE analysis, while some groups that are geographically West Eurasian have ****substantial African**** (e.g., Yemen) or East Eurasian (e.g., Nogai) ancestry. The list of 64 populations that are classified as West Eurasian in this way (include 5 ancient samples indicated in italics) is as follows:” “Eliminating populations with any West Eurasian admixture whatsoever is difficult in view of recent results that even Sub-Saharan Africans6 possess a trace of such ancestry. Nonetheless the above identified set appears to consist of individuals of overwhelmingly non-West Eurasian ancestry which we can use for our analyses as reference points for our analyses. As more ancient genomes from other parts of the world become available, it may be possible to use them instead, thus removing even the tiny effects that more recent gene flows may have contributed to distant human populations.” “In PC1 vs. PC2 (Fig. S10.1, explaining 9.1% and 2.7% of variance), Early European Farmers group with Sardinians, but European hunter-gatherers and especially Ancient North Eurasians deviate towards present-day Eastern non-Africans. This is consistent with our model (Figure 3) according to Which hunter-gatherers share common genetic drift with Eastern non-Africans that is only partially shared by Early European Farmers who trace part of their ancestry to a “Basal Eurasian” population that diverged prior to the split of European hunter-gatherers from Eastern non-Africans.” “As suggested previously for Basal Eurasians, we caution against a too literal reading of terminology, as the spatial and temporal distribution of the populations associated with the nodes of the model are still incompletely known.” “No present-day West Eurasians form a clade with either Loschbour or Stuttgart We attempted to fit each individual West Eurasian population in turn as simple clades with Loschbour or Stuttgart. We did not expect this to be possible on the basis of Figure 2 which shows that none of them cluster with the ancient samples, except possibly Sardinians. However f3-statistics indicate widespread admixture appear in nearly all West Eurasians (SI11) and we show in SI12 that at least 3 source populations are needed for present-day Europeans. Consistent with this evidence, we find that no West Eurasian populations form clades with either Loschbour or Stuttgart, suggesting that these ancient individuals belonged to populations that no longer exist in unadmixed form.” -- Hit me up if you have any more questions for me….!!!!! Oh! And Let me educate you. “Eurasian” is a label assigned to a set of genes. It does not mean it originated from Eurasia. It is also African. That si why ALL Africans carry Eurasian genes. As I said…hit me up!
