India and Africa have a shared history in trade, music, religion, arts and architecture, but the historical link between these two diverse regions is rarely discussed. This hardly comes as a surprise for those of us who are from the Eastern part of Africa. There is so much cultural similarities between the two. The article manly focused on Ethiopia, but it's pretty much the whole Eastern part of Africa. (I didn't realize the link was not working, but now everything is in order). link |

anansi; Thanks for the links, very good information. You can only contain or should I say suppress the truth for so long. All the lies regarding Africa and Africans all over are beginning to tumble.

The black presence in India is much older than modernity though? Are curious about India's history prior to Islamic Hijra history, or, are you simply just looking for information discussing the ancient relationship between India and Egypt?
