The first when YHWH created the first man and woman in the Garden of Eden. The second the after the global flood when the ark landed in Mesopotamia in the mountains of Ararat. I've heard it said that the Garden of Eden was located in North or East Africa. If that was the case and the first humans were black or dark skinned in Africa would that also mean these same people populated Mesopotamia in ancient times after the global flood?

Well from a Bibical POV it matches closely to what science have to say on the matter, now the so called garden of Eden is not to be envisioned as some small plot of land no greater than your country relatives back yard, note the four rivers of Eden Note the first and second rivers is East Africa one of the cradles of modern humans as well as one of the doors that exited out of Africa through the straits of Bab-el mendeb, this fit nicely with theis post Humans in Southern Arabia 10,000 years earlier than first thought Read more: egyptsearchreloaded.proboards.com/thread/2225/humans-southern-arabia-years-earlier#ixzz48oJ0EyRAThe Sons of Ham.Btw Shem or the earlier versions of them were also blacks.
