China's technology powers is growing in leaps & bounds is beginning to worry the West, also as i see it Africa will be it's resource for this technology dominance ;but i see a very ominous side China & I have said it before here could supply the worlds elites the so called one percent the technology for control & surveillance to regimes & governments for control of the masses & keep Africa locked down with this technology,Big Brother 1984 around the corner

Whatever tech China has and uses is tech they have stolen or "borrowed" from the US.
USA leads the world by FAR in surveillance tech and tech in general.

Hey, invent beg borrow or steal, that's how it's done..by any means necessary, I suggests Africans nations, adopt those very techniques, reverse engineer the heck out whatever is there and apply it to local conditions, no one really cares that it was stolen technologies they just did it.

The US developed in that fashion. Poor Dickens couldn't even get royalties for his stories in the USA, where they were heavily circulated. When he complained he was told he should tour more.
