We all (melanianted people especially ADOS) have that feeling that we call intuition. We know when there is a bad or funny vibe with one of these pale people. In past decades before the convenience of wide spread internet access and mobile recording devices blacks were called paranoid for expressing their intuition towards the hostility of white supremacist. We have been told that because the pale cowards are smiling in our faces, and appear to be polite in day to day transactions that there is nothing beneath the surface. In the video we see that the intuition that we have is on point! Pale people have codified racism that they only express in the confines of their exclusive social orders. This codified racism is felt in corporate America, and I for one can attest to that. Being the only black in a corporate setting we can easily see that the approach that is taken with us is distinct from that which they have among themselves. The after work events are often forced, because we know that it's all a front for their true views. For example you'll see a white guy playing hip hop music (or some form of black music) as an attempt to throw off the obviously racist vibes that are given otherwise. None of this shrouds the intuition of their true nature among the mentally strong however. The weak minded Negroes tend to be the ones who are so attached to their need for monetary subsistence that they will actually block their intuition in an attempt actually believe that the facade of comradery is legitimate. When those weak individuals are in the same work setting they often make it harder for the real ones, because they are so willing to comply with the BS that the contrarian behavior of the realist is made more obvious, and thus it could lead to those "HR meetings".
It's a wicked system, and employment needed to sustain ourselves comes throw interactions in corporate America that is full of individuals with the man in the videos mindset.
