yes. such a shame. I was just revisiting some of his writings about Blacks in the Americas and the "they came before colombus" conjecture. On the evidence of sculptures and art that is eerily similar too or suggestive of Nile Valley influence, I think He will be remembered for establishing as true that Africans were in the New World. the one Olmec sculpture of the "True Negro" with Afro hair is definitive. You cant argue this one away. Sorry.

Yes, many in our communities morn this magnificent brothers transitions . He will be remembered for all that he did while on this earth plane .. to move forward the real history of the African diaspora..but it is not lost on me that Dr.Asa Hilliard also died on a trip in Egypt Aug 13 2007 another Giant of our community, & the mentor to Anthony Browder..Both of their transition is a symbol to us all & a powerful message..
