I don't think we have a file uploader so I guess you'll have to do by hand piece by piece but unless figs charts and graphs aren't made into image copies they are liable to be lost in transfer.

You shouldn't need to upload the data piece by piece (too tedious). If uploading supplementary data he can simply place all of the files into a folder and rar or zip them into one file by right clicking the folder and choosing "compress to xxx". Then it is just a matter of the recipient opening the .rar with winrar or .zip with built in windows utility (opens automatically) and extracting the folder.
