This idea that dna can determine populations but not race is double talk. They are one in the same.

This idea that dna can determine populations but not race is double talk. They are one in the same. . Population is a matter of geographic origin. Race is a social construct. What race a person belongs to is a concept that can change over time and from culture to culture. For example, what race was Mohamed Ali? Our society say's he's black, but because his grandfather was Irish in South Africa he is considered "Colored", not black at all. What race is someone from Europe who has a percentage of Asian DNA? Real life isn't cut and dry. Its far more complex than we would like it to be.
