As I look at many documents and as many pictures as possible to figure out the exact method of the performing of the prayers of ancient KMT I ask if any of you have derived a formula? I usually start after washing (which appears to be the same similar abalution or cleaning method that muslims and older african cultures have). Then I begin to emulate with the hands in the front palms out facing forward. My arms out stretched, and my left foot forward stomping down isfet and the 9 or 7 bows. I recite a hymn and go to lower my head and put my right hand towards my chin in hope and my left arm out to hold a hand. Hoping the Amen Ra will accept it and take me forward. I then sit with my right leg bent and my left leg up bent. and my right hand out palm facing forward and I recite a hymn. I stand again and put both hands forward as I did originally (recite), again I bow and outstretch my hand for guidance from God (recite), I kneel again but not all the way down with right knee bent and left up this time sitting on my right foot and both hands are forward with the palms facing forward (recite). I stand with hands and arms facing forward and I (recite).
This is extensive but it's some of what I've seen. I will incorporate an ostrich feather soon enough and my ankh. Does anyone perform a similar ritual? How are you guys praying or meditating?
