Seti inscription on Karnak?

Hello folks.  I've  searched the forums and couldn't find the answer to my question. 

I've seen this color art of Seti fighting Libyans based on the carvings on Karnak.   What i'm curious to know is when and who 
did the color mural version?  I'm assuming it's not authentic because it's based on the Karnak inscription.  Does anyone know the 
story?

Hmm that's interesting I always thought that it was a colored tomb painting great detective work,who painted the scene indeed.
