The findings that Late Dynastic Lower Egyptian skulls are similar to Nubian and earlier Egyptian skulls surprised me. Wasn't the Late Period supposed to be a time of substantial foreign admixture for Egyptians?

The title of Crawford's chapter in Van Sertima's spring '94 Journal of African Civilizations is The Racial Identity of Ancient Egyptian Populations based on the Analysis of Physical Remains.

The title of Crawford's chapter in Van Sertima's spring '94 Journal of African Civilizations is The Racial Identity of Ancient Egyptian Populations based on the Analysis of Physical Remains. I knew that, I just wasn't able to locate the actual article itself so I posted it from Van Sertima's book since t was included in his book.
