www.youtube.com/watch?v=NK1KdylAIfg&feature=feedfAnansi , This one is for you ! We had a chat on Egypt Search a while back(2 years ago?) concerning films that had Egypt as it's theme & the music (sound tracks) that accompanied these films. I stated how I hate Arab sounding music for some of these films like for Scorpian King. You agreed & posted one of your favorite music songs that was from this Rasta brother about Egypt. So here is my pick, which I was not able to post at the time. I'm a big fan of John & Alice Coltrane. This piece evockes Nubia/ Khemt thus the name "Blue Nile." It is form the album "Path The El Daoud" With Alice Coltrane, Harp Pharoah Sanders, tenor sax Joe Henderson, Flute Ron Carter, Bass & Ben Riley, Drums Jan, 1970 This is one of my all time favorite pieces by Alice Coltrane, I'm a big jazz fan, enjoy !

You are most welcome Anansi,
Alice like her husband John Coltrane, was deeply spiritual, & it came through her music like LIGHT. Sadly, she made her transition a couple years ago, but her music along with John's music is here to help guide in these parlous times !
