Libya under Moammar Gadaffi was the most developed country in Africa and had the highest standard of living. Ofcourse, this is no longer the case with the devastation wrought by Nato.

The crime against Libya begun with ethnic cleansing of blacks deliberately incited by Aljazeera and the western press, who slandered every black person in Libya as a black mercenary. This gave the grren light for the systematic torture, murder and rape being carried out by death squads which the likes of the BBC deliberately continue to refer to as rebels.

This barbaric ethnic cleansing was expanded beyond the black populations of Libya to include large parts of the population of cities like Tripoli and especially Sirte which remained loyal to Gadaffi, through the Nato No Fly Zone. michell chossudovsky does a wonderful job of describing what was destroyed by Nato besides the tens of thousand of human lives
