Thank you . Wish I had someone here like you to cook for me. I hate going out on this day standing in long lines on waiting list, this is the worst day to go out to dinner, we made up for it last night, so I decided to stay in cook my own mothers day dinner, how sad is that. Have you ever met a brotha that can't even cook on the grill.

^ Actually he's a Bostonian, but that's not an excuse. Some people (not mentioning names) think you should take meat directly out of a bag, and throw it on a flaming grill, then it comes out bunrt and crispy on the outside, and raw and undercooked on the inside. Others (again not mentioning names, but she can cook her behind off ) like to allow meats to marinate overnight, allow the fire on the grill to simmer as the charcoal turns gray, and then allow the meats to cook slowly and evenly, taking time to FLIP the meat from time to time. But hey, who am I to judge.
