Have them ejected from the continent along with an hefty find, I swear Chinese expats are wearing out their welcome the world over,from crass racism, to shtting in public to tagging historical sites these low class Ppl should not be allowed to travel, this doesn't help with the anti Chinese backlash over Corona virus.

Yepper But not just Expulsion n Fine eh? I say JAIL THEM full term length of years don't let 'em slip away but fine 'em too with no release until fine + daily interest is paid in full then permanently ban them from re-entering a country for any reason if they do slip across a border somehow give 'em lifetime imprisonment.
That's lenient compared to human rights Chinese themselves hae in China.
Children and spouses turned their loved ones in for torture a/o execution during the 'revolution'.
Noted Chinese on Chinese massacres also occured then.
How long ago did China cease female infanticide?
All this is why tough terms are needed for a people accustomed to human rights violations.

The Chinese have bought off African elites for the most part. After some PR damage control
it will be back to business as usual. After the cynical Chinese coverup, blundering and lying
on handling the corona outbreak, folks should be prepared for another round of BS.
