Yes this is a vid, that could go to the pics & Vid folder, but it have much to do with the politics of the time, and the fact that this covid19 carried with it some new opportunities, as they say never let a good crisis go to waste.
Here she is putting the ADDI or African Diaspora Development Institute in place, which is meant to give African or Black folks first right of refusal on any project that requires off African shores investments or expertise, she want to cut out non Africans out as much as possible, eg, the black folks that built Atlanta Airport, can build Airports in Africa, don't need Chinese or any other to fill those billets.
If realized AS companies especially are well placed to benefit from this.

She holds a bachelor's degree in General Chemistry, a master's degree in organic chemistry, and a Doctor of Medicine degree. Chihombori was a family medicine specialist in Tennessee. She practiced medicine for 29 years in Murfreesboro, Tennessee.[
This Faki character got rid of her after bending the knee to France, because of her criticism of France's colonial hold on Francophone African nations.
