I seen this earlier today,if Rick Ross was impartial he should've done a blind listening session to remove any bias or immature aspect he has when looking for a female artists.

Not surprising. The music industry has always been exploitative and unfair. A mediocre talent
can be pushed to star status, if they are promoted and marketed with heavy dollars.
A superior talent will languish. If they have equal talent, the one personally favored,
whom they can exploit sexually or in other ways will prosper. Ross is at the point now
where he can help even the talent not favored, make sure they get some gigs, and some
publicity. He doesn't need to sign the other singer to help her out. He can at least
give the talented lady some love, for amounts far less than his liquor budget.
