Trump has more than 200 “Day One” promises, the list includes:
Beginning mass deportations;
Pardoning Jan. 6 rioters;
Firing the head of the ATF;
Signing an executive order to cut federal funding for public schools “pushing critical race theory,” “transgender insanity” or “any other inappropriate racial, sexual or political content on our children”;
Ending citizenship for people born in the U.S. if their parents are undocumented;
firing special counsel Jack Smith.

I told my mother today. The post WW2 lessons learned at the expense of the Jews, slavs, etc; the civil rights obtained by Black Americans on the world stage, which all minorities benefit from, today, among other expensive gains that resulted in a better society. All these consist of unspoken lessons and understandings that are slowly being eroded. As a person from a minority group who is seeing the writing on the wall with the unthinkable (e.g. Dutch radical right PVV party is supplying ministers to government; Trump getting elected and now re-elected), I know that my childhood years in relative safety and oblivion from the forces that are interested in destroying the bubble I grew up, are over. I won't be able to recreate the same conditions for my cousins, children, etc. no matter how hard I try.
People who grew up in that bubble, will surely understand what I mean, when i say the above. It will never get like that, again. Time to explore different options as far as relocation, and so on.

I was going to avoid this discussion since this isn't really a space where I like to debate politics, and I don't see eye to eye with all the posters in this thread anyway. But to share my thoughts for a brief moment, I do believe the worse guys won last night. Some of this is Harris's fault for being a suboptimal candidate who failed to energize her constituency, but that being said, I am not looking forward to four more years of fascism in charge of the world's leading superpower...if it doesn't last even longer than four years.

incorrect.
The best person won.
It was a landslide.
The American people cannot be told it's raining when being pissed on
Not at these numbers.
He even got 20+% of the Black male vote.
a shocking shift.

@brandon As a black person, I'd be very unlikely to vote for Harris, not even out of protest to Trump. Personally, I don't like what seems to be Harris' entitlement, which became increasingly obvious when she seemed to take Muslim Americans for granted, despite their warnings to her, that it will cost her during the elections.
When she had African American entertainers perform on stage/endorse her, it felt incongruent and inauthentic. Even more incongruent than the cringe you normally feel when you see politicians in strange-bedfellow mode during campaign time. Ironically, even Bill Clinton's and Trump's interactions with black entertainers seem more credible (e.g. we've seen Trump interact with athletes like Tyson, and so on, and some rappers have said things to the effect of wanting to be 'rich like Trump').
I don't know if what DJ said about her background is true or not (by now I've learned to reserve judgment and to not speak on matters I've not looked into), but the moments I've felt a connection with Harris at a 'black' level/wavelength, is 0.

One of the few times I agree with the Hindu. This wasn't a choice between white or ...Black. This is choice between....how did Katt Williams put it......Those who serve God and Evil. Those Dems have become Satanic. The WOKE crowd have gone bananas . Everything to them is identity politics. Sick of it. My job is done. Trump got elected. Not sure he is the guy to take us to the next level. But he by far more preferable to the Childless cat lady. We will get a idea where his administration will take us within the next few months. Israel/Palestine Ukraine/Russia. Will he facilitate these dangerous wars. His views on the Cabal, His views on Iran ^ Indians have afros too, and it's been confirmed those black women she featured in her book are 'the help' and not her relatives. But to answer your question obviously Trump. Trump was already president before and the policies he pushed before were designed to help ALL Americans including blacks. That said I'm no supporter of his either but he is at least the lesser of the evils. I may not even be voting for the presidency just for my state reps. By the way, why is nobody talking about the fact that Harris being the Democratic nominee is not even legitimate because she never went through a primary?? All the rules say to be the nominee of a party, you have to be voted in yet she was simply installed in the position not voted! Does anyone find this strange that only news media in other countries have pointed this out and not our own country?? Also, Lioness why do you care so much about black men or black people in general you're not even black. Are you even American?? I thought you are one of Mathilda's agents in the UK if not Mathilda herself. We know you white liberal women love to manipulate black folks.

His views on the Cabal, His views on Iran Hey xy, Egyptseach is broken so I'm reloading ________________________________ Last week this week Today Well, either he's a genius and can make it all work, end these wars in a day and get the Nobel peace prize, or he's making it up as he goes along. What Trump may actually be pretending through "leaks" that he is is telling Putin not to escalate "wink" but privately he could be telling Putin please do escalate while Biden is still in office, we will talk more after I take office, then I will have a nice deal for you. But Putin is quite clever, he is not easy to manipulate

I don't know about Europe but life here in America is going to move on as usual. I don't like Trump but we've had many "fascists" leaders from Reagan, Bush Jr and more... What would be more scary is blue states turning red. The prospect of 8 year term. Or Trump dying in office. Trump is NOT even the worst ones outta the right. Maybe I'm indifferent. Us Black Americans been getting shit way before Trump and will continue even after Trump until something radical changes. Should've been Bernie. *shrugs*. Like I said I don't know the political system in Europe but here in America life goes on unless Trump does something really crazy. If anyone is to blame its the Dems. Should've pushed a populist like Bernie. Oh well.

Instead of talking about tangibles she gets Meg the Stallion twerking. Celebrities arent seen as "normal" people by the average person and they treat Black voters like kids. Beyonce and Jay Z for example aren't seen as "normal."
