Greeting New and old Members we appreciate you guys signing up but we need you to be more vocal please jump in ask questions create threads challenge the status quo if there is one, we are all teachers and students here, please don't feel intimidated everyone has something to contribute even if it's in the asking and while we may disagree we should not be disagreeable. Much thanx to all respect.

In order for the site to be more active the older members have to be involved. Far too often questions are asked that go ignored, or people start threads and just bombard it with information but then fail to engage anyone in conversation. Its like a party, if nobody's on the dance floor, people stick their heads in then leave.

Very true ,but I had private conversations with more than a few who felt a little intimidated for fear of not knowing how to dance very well when the point is the dance it's self..

Intimidated about what? This is a place where you're supposed to be able to ask questions. Part of my grip is at senior members who have a lot of information, yet when asked an opinion or an explanation on a topic, they go silent. It just seems like pulling teeth. If the forum is going to be more active then they have to be much more involved and approachable in my opinion.

Well that should not be the case but some do, I had those Pms and yes much of the senior members go missing in action for long periods of time the fact is we all need to pitch in more we have alot of good info and I know folks access them but hardly question them or add to them.
