For Colored Girls – Why our sista’s can’t lose weight
Why does it seem that white women lose weight so easily while the sistas struggle. Here is the reason .
(now that doesn’t negate the fact that if you eat too much you will get fat!!!)
This is about why Euros lose weight so easily. It all about the Basal Metabolic Rate. ie How much energy body consume even AT REST. Through evolution more heat is needed and generated by people acclimatize to cold climate. So come January, when you see that white guy in short shoveling snow nature is at play. Apparently even when these Northerners(Euros and North Asians) sleep they are burning more energy than Southerners and generating heat. Not sure that is a good or bad thing as yet. But as far as losing excess weight. . .they have the edge.
